This study aims at the lubricant film between slipper and swashplate of an axial piston pump. Based on a single piston/slipper assembly model, mathematical model for squeeze effect is developed according to pressure-flow transfer process as well dynamics assembly. The has been predicted by nonlinear numerical calculations computational fluid dynamic (CFD). thickness leakage flow, sealing land pressure distribution, load carrying capacity are evaluated important parameters indicate performance oil film. influence geometric parameters, compressibility, viscosity under pulse studied, speed support force given out.
